Need accommodations for your test or still have questions? Explore the options below for specialized services and ways to get in touch.

Customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 AM-7:45 PM U.S. Eastern Time, and Saturday, 8 AM-4:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time (except for U.S. holidays).

Recorded information is available 24 hours a day with a touch-tone phone. Phones are busiest between 11 AM and 2 PM and all day on Monday. ETS Customer Service Representatives can give out personal information only to the test-taker unless the test-taker is under the age of 18. If the test-taker is under the age of 18, representatives can speak with a parent, guardian or other legal proxy.
