Sending Your Praxis Scores

During registration, you can identify up to four institutions or licensing agencies to receive your Praxis scores for free.

Changing score recipients

Want to make changes to your free score recipients? You can do so for free up to three days before your test date. If it’s more than three days before your test, you can request additional score reports for a fee. To start this process, visit your Praxis account.

Ordering additional score reports

Your Praxis scores are valid for ten years, and you can order additional score reports at any point during that period. Each nonrefundable report costs $50 per score recipient. For information about which scores will be reported, review The Praxis® Tests Information Bulletin (PDF).

  • Sign into your Praxis account.
  • Choose "Order Score Reports," and follow the instructions to complete your order.
  • Either go to this link directly to order your ASR -> here.
  • Or go to My Tests page > Find your test > Click on View Details button > Go to the Score Recipients tab > Click on Purchase ASR.

Debit or credit cards, eChecks, Pay by Bank, and PayPal® are accepted online. Payment can also be made with American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Union Pay, Rupay Global, and Diners Club International.

Automatic score reporting

If you test in one of these states or territories, a copy of your scores is automatically sent to that state’s teacher credentialing agency. If the state you test in is different from the state to which you’ll apply for certification, or if it isn’t on the following list, select the state as a score recipient so that a score report will be sent to the state's teacher-credentialing agency.
