The current ParaPro Assessment has long been a trusted, valid, and reliable tool for evaluating the foundational reading, writing, and mathematics skills of aspiring and active paraeducators. While effective, this assessment primarily focused on ensuring baseline content readiness.

ParaPathways represents a big step forward for how Praxis will support this critical classroom role. It is a comprehensive solution designed to support paraeducators at every stage of their career, from preparation and licensure to ongoing professional development. In addition to a refreshed, valid and reliable assessment that will ensure Math and ELA competency, the redesign also include High-Leverage Practice Modules that focus on essential skills such as classroom management and responding to student needs. With flexible assessment options and innovative content, the product suite ensures paraeducators are empowered to thrive in diverse and dynamic educational environments.
