Key Features that Redefine Professional Development

ParaPathways Assessment: This isn't just an updated test—it's a smarter, more flexible path to certification.

Modular Subtests: Gone are the days of re-taking the entire exam. Our new format allows candidates to retest on specific sections, like Math or Reading & Writing, saving time and effort.
Refreshed Content: The assessment is aligned with the latest educational standards, including the Science of Reading, ensuring candidates are prepared for the real challenges of the classroom.
Improved Policies: We've listened to feedback and implemented user-friendly changes, including shorter wait times for retakes and the use of a calculator.
High-Leverage Practice (HLP) Modules: Professional growth shouldn't stop at a test. These interactive modules build real-world classroom skills through flexible, self-paced learning. Launching this fall, these modules provide further support to paraeducator growth and development.
