ETS uses your personal information to create and manage your account, schedule and administer your test, process payment, prevent fraud and security incidents, and report scores to you and any score recipients you designate. We also use limited technical data (such as device and network identifiers) to operate and secure our sites and services.

The categories of personal information we collect may include: identifiers and contact information; account credentials; test scheduling and delivery details; payment information; device, cookie, and usage data; and, where applicable to the test, identity verification data and audio/video or biometric data used to protect test integrity.
